Ok, I hate anything to do with pressure around ‘weight loss, diets and body image’ when it comes to your wedding day. But there is nothing wrong with being the healthiest and fittest you possibly can and for some of us feeling the best we can does mean eating healthy and regular exercise. I know all these things have a positive impact on how I feel and we all want to feel incredible on our big day.
