Ok, I hate anything to do with pressure around ‘weight loss, diets and body image’ when it comes to your wedding day. But there is nothing wrong with being the healthiest and fittest you possibly can and for some of us feeling the best we can does mean eating healthy and regular exercise. I know all these things have a positive impact on how I feel and we all want to feel incredible on our big day.
So… what are some of your health and fitness regimes??
Anyone for retro aerobics… get those legwarmers and leotards out!! Let’s get physical! ; )
There is a well-known saying that goes along the lines of “If you can’t love me at my worst, you don’t deserve me at my best”. Danny was head over heels in love with Lexi even when she was pushing the 500 pound mark. He truly loved her for everything that she was without any judgement. Lexi shared her admiration for her partner’s love on social media stating, “He saw the person I was on the inside and supported me while I made that person on the side match my outside”.
Carla and Kelly tied the knot back in March amongst the vineyards in Matakana.
I was thrilled to be their Celebrant and MC for their lovely day with some very unique personalised touches thoughtfully designed by the stunning Bride. (I would NOT however have recommended the groomsman do a cheeky 360 on the pristine manicured front lawn ; )
My lovely last couple I officiated and MC’d for in 2018.
What a pleasure! Nikki was a joy to represent with your positive attitude and hilarious sense of humour! And Ryan left a lasting impression as well ; )
Nikki on your day you looked like Khaleesi, just stepped off the set of GOT, beautiful inside and out!
Wishing you and your Jon Snow a very happy ever after x
