One of my lovely couples was telling me about their wedding day transport – it was a very cool idea (which I’ll be able to share after their big day as don’t want to spoil any surprises ; )

So I thought it would be a great idea to share some awesome ideas for wedding day transport that you could make your grand entrance in!

No ‘fairytale’ (or gypsy) wedding would be complete without a horse drawn carriage. It’s a bit trickier to hire these in the city, but if you’re having a country wedding, it’s an option. I read a great newspaper article about a Bride out in Pukekohe who’s family actually had an old carriage made by her great grandfather! They were lucky enough to have it restored and used it for the Bride to make her entrance.

Plus you’ll have some amazing photos including the beautifully majestic horses.
