Can you believe this???
The pre-wedding teaser video is pretty cool though!!
And super scarey (if this guy can get a mayoralty, is it possible for the Don to become President)?

Stuff.co.nz has this to report.

Surprise Wedding Proposal!

How cute is this??!!!

American couple Tyler and Chelsea Pulse were married on April 25 of this year. That also happened to be the date of the bride’s first cousin Megan’s eight-year anniversary with her partner Brett.

Because of this coincidence Chelsea hatched a plan with Brett and didn’t let fate decide the outcome of the bouquet toss. The result? Pure unbridled joy that brought tears to our eyes.

A wild winter wedding

Congratulations Billy & Felicity!

What a spectacular wedding day at ruggedly beautiful Piha Beach this weekend.

I couldn’t believe after days of stormy weather, the clouds parted and the sun gloriously shone for this very much in-love couple.

While the groom waited with the expected nervous anticipation on the beach, we all watched the pretty bride make her grand entrance emerging from the dunes in a romantically billowing white dress with lace detail.

They exchanged heartfelt vows while the wind whipped up around them and the white caps floated across the black sparkling sand, setting a scene true to their unique personal style.

Judging from this wild day, their relationship is going to weather any of life’s challenges – with a long range forecast of sunshine!

Wedding Party Responsibilities from laurenconrad.com

Hey, I just found the most GORGEOUS website Lauren Conrad laurenconrad.com – remember her? She had a reality show, what was it called? The Real OC or something that was as ridiculous as Keeping up with the Kardashians Kim Kardashian but about over-priviledged teens that once you tuned in it was hard not to get sucked in.
However she seemed to be the most sensible, went off to work at Teen Vogue and has redeemed herself with this cute little website which includes wedding tips. Have a read:

“She made sure all nerves were soothed on the big day.”

What a fun and heartfelt marriage ceremony today for Bride and Groom Jenni and Jason. It was a delight for me to be part of their incredible day.

Wedding Photobombs

I have to laugh at myself, I seem to be captured (unintentionally- and NEVER in my birthday suit!) photobombing wedding photos all the time. As the celebrant is difficult not to get caught in the background of photos – even harder when you’re the wedding event manager and it’s your job to be everywhere at once.

Here are some very cool intentional (and not so intentional) photobombs that might give you some ideas!

Wedding Gift Registry or Koha Contribution

Like so many Brides and Grooms/Marriage Partners in this day and age, living together and building a life and a home before marriage is normal. Plus an excellent way to know you will actually be able to live together as husband and wife/marriage partners!

This means already having chosen a beautiful collection of home appliances and accessories that traditionally in by-gone days would have been given to the happy couple as a wedding gift.

So, what do you do when you don’t need a Wedding Gift Registry for household stuff?

You politely ask people to contribute in other ways. Most people will want to honour your wedding day by giving you a gift of some kind, so all you need to do is choose the wording that you will apply to your invitations, letting your guests know you would prefer a donation – of their time towards your wedding coordination or to a charity of your choice – or to your wedding costs/dinner, honeymoon or house fund… whatever is right for you.

The biggest gift you can give us is your attendance at the celebration of our marriage, however should you wish to give a wedding gift, we would be more than happy to receive a donation towards our wedding fund.

We will be honoured by your presence on our wedding day.
If you would like to delight us with a present, there will be a travel suitcase at the reception where we will gratefully receive all contributions towards our honeymoon.

If youʼre thinking of giving a gift, to help us on our way,
a gift of cash towards our wedding, would really make our day.

More than just kisses so far we’ve shared, our home has been made with love and care.
Most things we need weʼve already got, like a toaster and kettle, pans and pots.
A wishing well we thought would be great, (but only if you wish to participate).
A gift of money is placed in the well, Then make a wish … but do not tell.
And in return for your kindness weʼre sure, that one day soon you’ll get what you wished for!

Check out this site for more great ideas for this kind of wording and other helpful hints.
